Arur Footwear Limited, formerly known as SR Industries Limited, will hold a board meeting on August 11, 2026, via video conference to approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and a related limited review report, according to a regulatory filing with the BSE Limited. Trading in the company's shares will be closed for designated individuals from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the financial results are released.
